How are you finding the transition to a new way of working/life?
To be honest, I needed a break like this. At one point, I was working the entire week – no days off, my to-do lists were getting longer and longer. So I welcomed this transition. It’s a pause button we all didn’t know we needed.

What have been the biggest challenges?
The biggest challenge is not being able to control anything. Everything is uncertain at the moment. So I embrace the uncertainty, let go, take a step back and take it day by day.

What’s been the most pleasant surprise?
How therapeutic baking is!

What are your hopes for the future?
A world where we are kinder to nature, our earth, to people and to ourselves.

What message do you have for Grazia readers?
A time like this will never come again. Take this time and mould it into a positive chapter of your life. Work on projects or hobbies that you have been putting on the backburner, and open yourself up to the transformation taking place.
