There’s little more admirable than true, unwavering commitment. And who better acquainted with the quality than our very own Nicole Kidman? Recently celebrating her 16th wedding anniversary with husband Keith Urban, and the recipient of countless career accolades, there’s no doubt Kidman knows how to commit to the bit. Things are no different at Paris Fashion Week, where she’s turned her attention to a certain pair of Balenciaga glasses.
First spotted in Paris on July 5, Kidman wore the dark glasses with a jeans and a black bodysuit, and needed a little help finding her way in the dark.
The following day, Kidman joined Dua Lipa, Kim Kardashian, Bella Hadid, and Naomi Campbell on the Balenciaga haute couture runway, presenting Demna’s 59-look collection. During the show, Kidman swapped her jeans and sunglasses for something a little (read: a lot) shinier.
Leaving the show, Kidman stepped out alongside Urban, wearing a black leather skirt and silk blouse, and her favourite shield sunglasses were back in the limelight.
That evening, Kidman rejoined the celebrities she walked the runway with, plus a host of other guests including Emily Emily Ratajkowski and Euphoria‘s Alexa Demie, and attended a dinner hosted by Balenciaga at Paris’ newly reopened Hôtel de la Marine. Stepping out of a car, Kidman was – you guessed it – wearing the dark sunglasses she’s clearly grown quite attached to.
From jeans and a nice top to a black sequin gown, Kidman has made a point to prove these Balenciaga glasses really do go with everything – even if you can’t always see straight when you’re wearing them.
