In 1891, the city of Hong Kong opened its first convenience store at 32 Mott Street, New York, serving as the heart of what’s known now as the vibrant Chinatown in the dynamic city. As the name implies, Mott 32 pays its homage by creating a charming union between industrial New York and traditional Chinese elements. The menu boasts Cantonese cuisine with Beijing and Szechuan influences passed down from generation to generation acclimated to Western cooking techniques.
