It’s the first Monday in May, and fashion’s biggest night is officially underway. As tradition dictates, the who’s who of fashion are gathered at The Mark Hotel before making their way to the Met Gala red carpet – and GRAZIA is giving you an exclusive first look.
This year’s theme, “Fashion is Art”, is a powerful celebration of sartorial excellence and exploring fashion as an artistic medium.
Focussing on the relationship between clothing and the body across history, this year’s theme will no doubt deliver in extravagance – and GRAZIA is here to capture the magic before the stars ascend the iconic Met steps.
The co-chairs of the 2026 Met Gala consist of some of the most influential and stylish women in the fashion game right now, including Beyoncé, Nicole Kidman and Venus Williams, as well as annual co-chair Anna Wintour. It also marks the first time in 10 years Beyoncé has attended the Met Gala, so we have no doubt she’ll be pulling out all the stops.
Other A-list guests expected to grace the Met Gala red carpet include Rihanna, Imaan Hammam, Zoë Kravitz, Gigi Hadid, Anne Hathaway, Sabrina Carpenter, Docheii, and more.
