Drawing inspiration from the planet Mercury itself, celestial elements scour the rooftop space, making it feel like a starry sky paired with liquid silver accents.
Inkeeping but also beyond the decor, the rooftop’s mixology program invites guests on a cosmic journey with an inventive lineup of space-themed cocktails. Sip on the Stellar Gold, a citrusy tequila blend with rosemary and orange blossom, or the bold Solar Eclipse, a Negroni twist featuring cacao and Italian coffee beans, and much more.
This new era for Mercury Rooftop coincides with the resort’s 10th anniversary, bringing fresh and vibrant energy to this iconic venue since its debut in 2014.
Matching a stunning venue and menu is also the entertainment offering, which is also at the heart of Mercury Rooftop’s allure, featuring live performances ranging from soulful jazz and contemporary classical to deep house beats.
