Over the past week, the internet has been blessed with image upon image of two toned, tanned and peroxide blonde Barbie dolls in the form of a real-life Margot Robbie and her on-screen boyfriend, Ryan Gosling.
The latest montage came on Tuesday when Robbie and Gosling were photographed rollerblading along Venice Beach in matching neon pink and yellow skating outfits. Complete with visors on their heads, neon knee and arm pads and huge smiles, it’s official: if we weren’t excited about Greta Gerwig’s Barbie remake already, we sure as hell are now — if only to see more of these incredible costumes. This one in particular, as Twitter notes, is identical to 1994’s Hot Skatin’ Barbie:

But if you thought Robbie in hot pink cowboy attire and, later, neon skating digs was all the Barbie we were going to get this week, you’d be wrong.
Taking her own turn as the iconic doll is none other than Megan Fox, who stepped out with her Ken, Machine Gun Kelly, last night with her freshly coloured candy floss hair and a metallic pink two-piece. Fox finished off her skintight top and skirt, made by The ANDAMANE, with matching strappy heels and a small clutch, both also in metallic pink.

MGK matched his fiance with equally pink hair, wearing a similarly statement outfit made up of a patchwork zebra-print coat and rose pink trousers with a pink see-through mesh top.
It appears the couple’s obsession with pink is here to stay, too — so long as they’re promoting the rapper’s new Hulu documentary, Life in Pink, anyway.
Just one day prior, the couple stepped out with Fox wearing a two-toned pink minidress with a keyhole cutout from London designer Nensi Dojaka, while MGK wore one of Chet Lo’s iconic bubble tops in pink and blue.

Gerwig, if you need two more Barbies to add to that long list of celebrity cameos, we’ve found just the right ones.
