The youngest stars of the Netflix hit reality show Love Is Blind, Habibi, Dounia and Chafic, seemed to have reached a final crossroads.
After weeks of speculations about their split—just mere months after their beachside engagement— the Morrocan-Saudi influencer has officially broken her silence on the split, answering the fan’s question: “Are they still together?”
The Moroccan-Saudi influencer took to Instagram and said, “I just wanted to clarify one thing because I’m getting a lot of questions about the same subject over and over again—and I think you all know what I’m talking about.”
Amidst the fan community trying to look for hints, Dounia revealed she simply is “not ready yet” to talk about the breakup.
Without confirming or denying, the influencer further mentioned how thankful she was for her fans who had been patient with her. “I have a lot of love for everyone who is respecting my choice right now,” she said on the Instagram story. “You guys know that it’s not an easy subject to talk about”
While she explained that it’s not the right time to divulge into specifics, she mentioned that there will “come the right time, but it’s just not now.”
“When we’re ready, we’ll sit, and we’ll talk to you about this,” the reality star said. “Girls, I’m just not ready.”
She revealed that she’s bettering herself and focusing on healing. While taking a trip to Bali with her co-star and friend, Asma, she admitted it was good for her “to clear [her] mind”.
Ending on a positive note, Dounia thanked her fans for “respecting” her.

While the subtle breakup announcement addressed on her account cemented the conclusion, fans immediately caught on after a few telling signs.
Over the last few weeks, the pair seemed to interact less on social media, leading to speculation that they have parted ways because of their dwindling appearances.
Just a week back, Dounia celebrated her 26th birthday. The Netflix star posted a series of photos on Instagram showcasing her birthday shoot.
However, eagle-eyed fans quickly noticed that her partner, Chafic, had yet to greet Dounia and was noticeably silent during the occasion. While fans began to worry and speculate, others noticed she was not wearing her engagement ring. Even in her Snapchat stories, where the star is quite active, fans spotted that her engagement ring is nowhere to be found.
One fan commented, “And why don’t I see @chafic_yo giving a birthday shoutout to the wifey?” Another quipped, “Why aren’t the two of them wearing their engagement ring in any video they recently posted?”
Another fan also pointed out, “They’re not commenting on each other like they used to.”
Their last reposted joint interaction on Instagram was earlier in January, which drove fans to conclude that something may have happened within the last two weeks. Although the question of whether or not they have pulled away is still in the air, the pair still follows each other on Instagram.
