It’s the month of romance, which means love is well and truly in the air – and it seems so is the irresistible scent of citrus.
Bringing the sun-drenched romance (and aroma) of the Mediterranean to Dubai this Valentine’s Day, La Petite Maison (LPM) and Acqua di Parma have joined forces for a collaboration designed to tantalise the senses.
The renowned French Riviera-inspired restaurant group has partnered with the iconic Italian fragrance house to celebrate the launch of Acqua di Parma’s new Colonia Il Profumo. Timed perfectly with the Fête du Citron – the famed Lemon Festival in Menton, France – LPM has crafted a limited-edition dessert and cocktail pairing that encapsulates the fragrance’s luminous citrus and floral notes.
Not only is the aromatic collaboration available here in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, but across all LPM restaurants worldwide from February 14 to March 2, 2025, where the indulgent duo is as delightful to the palate as it is to the imagination.
The star of the show? A Tarte Tropézienne à la Bergamote, a fresh take on the French Riviera’s beloved pastry. Developed by LPM’s Global Pastry Chef, Benjamin, this dreamy dessert features lemon-infused brioche filled with silky bergamot cream and a tangy grapefruit jam – a nod to the refined elegance of Acqua di Parma’s latest fragrance.
To complement this citrusy delight, LPM’s Group Beverage Director, Tibor Krascsenics, has created the Vibrante cocktail. A dazzling blend of Ketel One Vodka, champagne, bergamot, lemon, Madagascar vanilla, and a hint of sandalwood, this aromatic concoction mirrors the multi-layered complexity of Colonia Il Profumo. And for those who prefer something alcohol-free, a non-alcoholic version is also on offer.
Guests who indulge in this sensory experience on Valentine’s Day will also receive a complimentary sample of Colonia Il Profumo and a Luce di Colonia mini candle – a fragrant keepsake to rekindle memories of Mediterranean romance long after the last sip.
