The winds of change are allegedly blowing through the San Fernando Valley, with Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker reportedly in discussions of launching her own reality show.

As claimed by an anonymous source to a tabloid gossip outlet, the Poosh founder has been “discussing expanding her brand”, which includes the recently-launched vitamin and supplement brand Lemme along with the wellness-oriented editorial platform.

The expansion is allegedly set to incorporate a Barker family-focused reality show away from the Kardashian-Jenner “cinematic” universe. A source has claimed the 44-year-old mother of three is “quietly discussing” a new reality show that would “revolve around her and Travis and the pregnancy”.

This source also reports that Kardashian’s desire to turn her attention to their potential series comes after her recent rockstar-approved baby announcement.

To share the news of her impending arrival with the world, Kardashian paid homage to the music video for her husband’s cult-classic 1999 single “All The Small Things” and held up a sign reading ‘Travis I’m Pregnant’ at one of his band’s concerts.

“It was very un-Kardashian for Kourtney to do that, but she’s sick of them interfering with her life and wants to cut ties now,” the source claimed.  “Kourtney has learned everything she possibly can from her mom, Kris Jenner, and from being on the show. She doesn’t feel she needs them anymore and wants to develop her very own empire!”

The newlyweds, who are currently awaiting the arrival of their first child together, recently produced a TV special chronicling their wedding in Portofino under Hulu, the American network responsible for the KarJenner’s reality programme The Kardashians.

Given the release of the wedding special, ‘Til Death Do Us Part: Kourtney & Travis, it’s not out of the question to assume that Kardashian and Barker are interested in having an exclusive medium to share their pregnancy journey with their loyalist viewers, especially given how prevalent the topic was during the second season of their show.

Barker himself even helmed his own reality show back in the early-to-mid noughties. Similar to Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Meet The Barkers followed the quotidian lives of the award-winning drummer, his three children—Landon, 19, Alabama, 17 and step-daughter Atiana, 24—and his ex-wife Shanna Moakler. The show ran on MTV from 2005 to 2006 and ended after two seasons.

It’s apparent that neither mind living their lives in front of the cameras, the question that begs to be asked is: would you watch a Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker-focused reality show? Kourt and Trav take Calabasas, indeed.
