The much-awaited coronation ceremony of King Charles is coming up on Saturday the 6th of May, to officially appoint the King as the 40th reigning monarch of the British monarchy. The ceremony will be the first to occur in modern times, and the royal family has launched a Twitter hashtag and emoji of the St. Edward’s crown to commemorate the affair. The coronation ceremony is a historic moment for Britain which will be held at Westminster Abbey. Many prestigious guests from around the world will be in attendance to mark the coronation of  King Charles III. On behalf of Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of the UAE, the Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Presidential Court, Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan will be attending. Sheikh Mansour has also confirmed his attendance at the official reception after the procession at Buckingham Palace.

King Abdullah of Jordan, also departed to London on Thursday accompanied by Queen Rania Al Abdullah.

Likewise, Bahrain’s King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and Kuwait’s Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah have already left for the ceremony.
