Julia Fox’s DIY looks have been causing a frenzy over the internet, which some could argue are fashion masterpieces. From actress to style icon, she certainly knows how to put a look together that becomes the ultimate topic of conversation. Admittedly, her style has highly evolved over the past year since briefly dating Kanye West, who seems to have a thing for engineering his partners’ images, a kind of love language of his own. Much like the Kardashian who came before her, she typically finds herself in a more elevated avant-garde style as opposed to her usual retro chic.
As the Uncut Gems actress stepped out in LA sporting the first of her DIY fashion looks, she had us in awe once we found out she crafted the fit herself. The ensemble was a reworked denim co-ord with low rise jeans and a matching top. She crafted the fetching set from a pair of high rise denim trousers that she cut off the waistband and turned into a bandeau. Her look was completed with denim Alexander Wang boots, and a 5-pocket hobo bag upcycled from another pair of denim jeans.
Starting out as a basic white tank top, Fox took to her scissors yet again to create a look straight out of a sci-fi movie as her latest creation. She simply cut the tank top from Hanes in two and paired it with Balenciaga PVC thigh-high boots and the Hourglass bag. The muse finished off the look with a pair of long PVC gloves and aviator sunglasses a look some you could almost swear Demna created himself. Lucky enough for all of us wanting to get creative, the star shared a 2 minute tutorial on Instagram in on how to recreate her look.
