This summer, it appears Julia Fox’s chosen destination is Beirut, Lebanon.

During her visit to the capital city, the actress and model paid a visit to homegrown Lebanese label Emergency Room Beirut.

In a post shared to the brand’s Instagram page, Julia was seen in their Beirut’s store trying on some of the pieces and, of course, posing for the camera.

Later on, the 33-year-old, who previously dated rapper Kanye West, shared the post praising Emergency Room for its sustainable fashion.

“Best store in Beirut for one of a kind upcycled fashion,” she said.

Emergency Room first launched in 2018 by designer Eric Mathieu Ritter, who had previously worked at luxury fashion house Zuhair Murad, with a mission to change the trajectory of the fast fashion industry.

At the heart of the brand is upcycling, making pieces from unlikely materials including curtains, upholstered fabrics, bed sheets and more. The end result? One-of-a-kind pieces which, as the brand states, “embody the representation of an eclectic society, a mix of cultures, characters and identities”.

The Lebanon-born brand made its first debut at Arab Fashion Week – now known as Dubai Fashion Week – in 2021, showcasing its ‘Neverland’ collection, which was inspired by the trials and tribulations of the country.
