Not content with dominating our wardrobes, H&M tags will be filling your house more than usual this year as the brand announces the opening of a new H&M Home concept store in the UAE, aiming to offer modern design and quality at the best price, in an inspiring way.

Already running in a number of countries, including the US and the UK, H&M Home has declared its newest location (the first one of its kind in the Middle East), at The Dubai Mall, to open on 3 September 2020.

The new store will offer a wider H&M Home product assortment, including small furniture, lighting and a curated selection of pieces from other brands. Alongside this, it will have a permanent in-house florist and delights from organic patisserie Le Pain Quotidien.

On the sustainability side of things, we love to see the “Repair and Remake” Room where customers can give their pieces a longer life, as well as personalise their favourite pieces with monogramming and tailoring services.

In fact, on a smaller scale, at the opening, Dubai-based illustrator and sketch creator, Lourdes, will provide a live illustration activity, personalising candles, cups, vases and more. Customers will be treated to fresh flower arrangements upon any purchase of H&M Vases.

THE “CHAMPION OF EMIRATI DESIGN”, KHALID SHAFAR

The store is especially excited to present the curated H&M Home Edit by Khalid Shafar, the “champion of Emirati Design”. And, last but not least, none other than Kris Fade, the host of Virgin Radio’s “The Kris Fade Show” will be leading customers on a walk-through of the store.

General Manager, Peter Klagsmark, explains, “With our H&M HOME Concept Stores we want to offer customers a truly inspirational experience that complements our digital offering.” He adds, “We are so happy to now expand this concept to the Middle East and we are really looking forward to welcoming our customers to the new Dubai store, and hope it will become their go-to destination for modern design and home decoration.”

The store will be located next to the Aquarium but if you can’t wait for the grand opening, in the meantime shop online at ae.hm.com.
