On the 22nd of June at 12:54 am, Southeastern Afghanistan was rocked by a 6.1-level earthquake. The devastating incident left at least 1,100 people dead, at least 1,500 people seriously injured, and 10,000 missing as of now. If that was not enough, tons of schools, hospitals, mosques and houses have been destroyed, leaving thousands of people homeless and unable to seek urgent medical help. The people of Afghanistan need our help more than ever and we need to take quick action.
