The latest GRAZIA Gathering, hosted at Mr. C Residences Jumeirah, was one of them. Set against the serene waterfront and framed by the unmistakable elegance of the Mr. C brand, created by Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani, the afternoon brought together a constellation of women who define the UAE today. Some of whom were born here, some have adopted this country as their home and those who continue to shape its creative, cultural, and entrepreneurial landscape.
The setting could not have been more fitting. ALTA Real Estate Development, the boutique Emirati developer behind Mr. C Residences Jumeirah and the highly anticipated Mr. C Residences Downtown, has redefined what contemporary luxury living looks like in Dubai. Unlike larger developers, Alta focuses on limited, meticulously crafted design-led residences where hospitality, heritage and craftsmanship meet. Guests began this GRAZIA Gathering in the heart of Jumeirah’s completed development – Mr. C Residences Jumeirah, a contemporary take on classic European living infused with soft Arabian notes and Mr. C’s unmistakable warmth. Inspired by Old World sophistication and modern comfort, the 26 ultra-luxury condominiums and penthouses showcased what it means to blend timeless style with a modern service lifestyle. And one perfected by the family’s fourth generation of stewardship.
The experience was anchored by the charm of Bellini Café, an intimate expression of the family’s deep hospitality heritage.
Its atmosphere – refined, welcoming, and quietly decadent – complemented the residential development with the unmistakable spirit of delicious Italian food, perfectly mirroring the lifestyle at Mr. C Residences Jumeirah.
As the afternoon progressed, attention naturally turned to Dubai’s next architectural icon: Mr. C Residences Downtown, set for completion in December 2026. Rising 71 stories with architecture by Arquitectonica and interiors by 1508 London, the upcoming tower will offer two design worlds – the Signature Collection of two- and three-bedroom homes, and the elevated Nobile Collection, featuring 22 half-floor residences appointed with Calacatta marble, Loro Piana textiles, Gaggenau appliances, and bespoke lighting.
