What’s the 4th of July without a little fireworks?
Of course, as anyone who spends the inaugural summer weekend relishing in a little debauchery, you’ll know the most explosive displays aren’t the ones lighting up the night, but rather those that came after hours induced by the balmy weather and lack of inhibition.
Perhaps this is the case for Gigi Hadid and Leonardo DiCaprio, who were spotted together a two separate 4th of July parties over the long week in the Hamptons.
Despite reports claiming that Hadid and DiCaprio ended their tryst in late 2022 and the pair sighted together on numerous occasions since then (including the Met Gala), an anonymous source has revealed to Page Six that the supermodel and the award-winning actor are very much together.
Their proof, on the other hand, is rather inconsequential with the source explaining they could tell Hadid and DiCaprio were dating based on a “vibe”. “The way they were talking to each other… You could feel the energy,” they explained.
No other source has since come forward to confirm if these reports have any credence.
Hadid and DiCaprio were spotted at a party hosted by hospitality baron Marc Parker on Saturday evening, before being pictured together again at another soirée at a low-key Sushi restaurant the next night.
For the actual 4th of the July festivities, DiCaprio and Hadid spent time apart, with the 48-year-old in attendance at the star-studded ‘white party’ hosted in Bridgehampton by billionaire Michael Rubin. Also at the lavish party was Hadid’s long-time friend Kendall Jenner, Hailey Bieber, Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Lopez.
The amount of star power in one small suburb is enough to send sparks (and rumours) flying, but may we draw your attention to Gossip Girl’s almost prophetic prediction: “Scandal never takes a vacation. Instead, it takes the Long Island Expressway and heads east to the Hamptons.”
We’re sure the rumour mill will be working extra hard to dredge up reports of summer romances before the season is over.
