The now Riyadh-based influencer, Georgina Rodriguez, and beau of famed footballer Cristiano Ronaldo, shared her sincerest thanks after a troubling four days battling pneumonia.
Over the weekend, just after her grand entrance at Riyadh Fashion Week, Georgina took to Instagram and revealed to her 64.2 million followers that she was admitted to the Saudi German Hospital in the Kingdom’s capital.
Announcing she was now on the road to recovery, the model and reality star shared her thanks to the hospital staff who took care of her.
“I have to say a big thank you to all staff members, doctors, nurses and everyone at the hospital,” she began. Adding to their amazing hospitality, she said, “They took care of me so wonderfully and I’m very grateful for that.”
However, it seems she finally completed her healing process. Recently taking to Instagram, Georgina shared a few snaps on her stories showcasing her new-found energy and getting back on her feet for a session of padel.
Opting for a pastel pink set of athleisure and leather Hermès Birkin, with a pair of white trainers, Georgina brings her style a-game to the court.

Since her move to Saudi Arabia, the influencer has not stopped making waves in the region, and it seems there aren’t any plans to hinder her any time soon.
Recently hosting a pop-up in Riyadh, Georgina and Laverne launched the SENSE perfume, an ode to true femininity with jasmine and orange blossom notes.
The collaboration stemmed from an endless journey between Georgina Rodriguez and Dalia Eisem, which according to the official website, “is the result of planning and working together for more than a year.”
Even mentioning the rigorous process of sampling more than 740 perfumes, before finally choosing “the perfect combination that embodies all of Georgina’s feelings in the perfume bottle.”
With her vigour, the influencer continues to reveal new campaigns and partnerships with regional brands.
Georgina’s first thoughts of Saudi Arabia
It seems Georgina’s continuous perseverance to achieve more of her dreams became possible with the shift to Saudi Arabia, following Ronaldo’s high-profile $200 million move to Al-Nassr.
Already a Top 10 favourite across 46 countries, I Am Georgina season three took a deeper dive into the family’s life in the Kingdom. Showing to the viewers her feelings with the move and embracing Saudi Arabia’s breathtaking landscape with open arms.
Naturally, her excitement soared when Cristiano, affectionately called Cris by Georgina, joined the renowned Al-Nassr football team. “When Cris told me he was going to play for Al-Nassr, I felt relieved,” she shared in the first episode. “I knew something great awaited us, and we were so motivated.”
Fully immersing herself in Saudi’s wonders, Georgina showed her life as she juggles her roles as a mother, and as Ronaldo’s partner, all the while blending her aspirations and family life. “I was truly happy to come to Saudi Arabia,” she declared, radiating contentment.
