Ahead of the summer season, it is the perfect time to round up your friends and join a community dedicated to wellness, fitness and health.
With a number of activities and sessions available, it can be difficult to know where to start. Luckily, here at GRAZIA, we have compiled a list of free workout classes, wellness sessions and run clubs in Dubai just for you.
Talise Body and Breath
Reducing stress through guided breathwork, the spa located in Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is offering a free somatic healing session on April 25. Prioritizing soundness and recovery, the session focuses on bodily sensations and movement to release tension caused by trauma. This includes breathing exercises, physical expression and encouraging mindful body awareness.
Social Run Club: Gymnation x solutions group
Fun and free pizza, what more can you ask for? GymNation and Solutions Group paired together to form this high-energy initiative, Experience a runners high combined with a vibrant community, followed by complimentary drinks and pizza at The Garden Project. The runs occur weekly on Thursdays, creating the underrated combination of cardio and community.
Yogalates Under the Gates
Sometimes all you need to ease your mind is to ease your body, and what better way is there to do that than a good stretch? Yoga is often considered to have a major impact on wellness and overall fitness, with a nourishing impact on your nervous system and heart health. Taking place on the last Wednesday of every month, Yogalates allows you to experience the best way to unwind by focusing on balance, harmony and healing and not just through Yoga. The free session fuses yoga with Pilates, focusing on breathwork and movements at the DIFC Gate Avenue building.
Spartan run club

An early morning run may be just what you need to get your energy up on a working day. Occurring weekly on Wednesdays at the beloved Kite Beach, this runner’s community meets at 6:15am behind SALT, starting the day off with an endorphin high. If you’re in need of a boost before work (as we all are!) the Spartan Run Club is just for you.
Jumeirah Johns Running Club
Fire up for the last day of the working week, this club meets weekly on Friday mornings for a run at Kite Beach. There’s no better way to ramp up for an exciting weekend than to get your cardio in. Jumeirah John’s focuses on the social aspect of running, aspiring to build a community that can thrive together. This weekly Friday ritual includes running a 5km track alongside the scenic route of the beach, so if you want to cool off after you’re at the perfect place.
Humantra Running Club
If you’re looking to step it up, the Humantra running club is the best place for more seasoned runners, focusing on enhancing your durability with longer runs. Humantra is a wellness brand founded in Dubai, offering sugar free electrolytes to improve hydration and energy. Their motto is simple: “Any Pace. Any Face.” proving that they are more than a club, they’re a community. The group meets weekly on Saturdays for running sessions, followed by a guided stretching class on Sundays.
Gymshark Running Club
Sometimes it’s best to start slow, and this early morning run is perfect for beginners. Occurring weekly on Tuesdays, this run club is hosted by powerhouse fitness brand GymShark, with the intention of giving those who are looking to start running a platform. We’re certainly no strangers to GymShark’s game-changing gym fits, so make sure you wear your cutest workout clothes. The sessions are beginner friendly, with 30-minute sessions focused on community, fitness and orientation.
ATB Running Club
If you haven’t touched your running shoes in six months, there’s no better time to lace up those sneakers. The ATB running club provides weekly sessions with varying locations, so you don’t need to worry on missing out because of traffic. The club hosts sessions at The Palm Jumeirah on Tuesdays, Zabeel Park on Thursdays and Dubai Hills on Saturday.
