The Wanderer
She opens her eyes and finds herself looking around the room, searching. Not for a person or an item, but a feeling. A feeling of excitement, hope, exhilaration. She may not find it in this room, but that won’t stop her search. Door to door, city to city, continent to continent, she won’t stop until she finds it. But what if everything she’s been looking for has been within her this entire time?
The Wallflower
Basking under the Mediterranean sunlight, the gleam distorts her vision of the sea. Strangers pass her, each staring from head to toe. A proud introvert, she dreads the boring small-talk of an old acquaintance, and so she shields her eyes to avoid it. She licks her lip and tastes the salt residue from the sea, and she swears that nothing has ever tasted as good before.
The Soul-Searcher
“Who am I?” she asks herself. She doesn’t want to observe others, only herself. She wants to discover every layer of her being, staring at her own reflection in the mirror. It is only when she sees, and fully understands her own persona, with all her imperfections and flaws, that she gains the sight to witness the true colours of those around her.
The Adventurer
Nostalgic for an era before her time, she dreams of what it would be like to be alive in the ’60s. Nothing makes her feel more exhilarated than dancing to the beat of the drums, losing herself a little more with every move and in every moment. She’s addicted to the flashing lights, and yearns to escape reality.
The Beguiler
Humble yet confident, proud yet quiet. She possesses qualities that don’t often correlate with one another. She’s a mystery to everyone around her, and she knows it; in fact, she loves it. Minding her own business has become one of her most honed skills, and she only hopes that others can one day learn to do the same.
