Get ready to laugh out loud as Egyptian comedian Bassem Youssef is bringing his comedic brilliance to the UAE capital on November 25, 2023. The heart surgeon-turned-comedy sensation will take the stage at Theatre by Erth in Abu Dhabi for an Arabic show.

Often hailed as the Arab World‘s equivalent to Jon Stewart, Youssef shot to fame as the host of AlBernameg, an online show that revolutionized Middle Eastern television. With its unprecedented viewership and widespread acclaim, AlBernameg became the region’s most-watched program.

The live comedy show was announced following his viral interview with UK journalist Piers Morgan. Youssef’s appearance gained a huge reaction, and he quickly became the most-watched guest on the show.

The UAE will also welcome Youssef on November 10th, as he is set to feature as a keynote speaker at the Sharjah International Book Fair. Audiences can expect Youssef to address some of today’s global issues as well as discuss his rise to fame.
