As the season reaches its peak, one of the world’s most anticipated horse races, the Dubai World Cup, is back on Saturday, 5 April, bringing with it unmatched sporting action and its sought-after high-fashion style competition – the Style Stakes, sponsored by Emaar.
The Dubai World Cup is widely known as the world’s most spectacular race day and a day when attendees are dressed to impress from luxurious hats and fascinators to elegant outfits and ensembles, setting the tone for a day filled with unapologetically chic women and men.
While the spotlight will undoubtedly be on the jockeys and horses, the style competition will take the attention as an array of fashion enthusiasts compete across five categories: Best Dressed Lady, Best Dressed Man, Best Dressed Couple, Best Traditional Outfit, and Best Hat. Winners will walk away with prizes worth more than Dhs275,000, the stakes have never been higher.

The competition will also bring together a roster of iconic industry names together, as the judging panel.
Gracing the Meydan Racecourse will be the president of Clarins Group Middle East, Ossama Rinno, the styling expert Sarah Silsbury, Fidaa Badour, founder of Moksyz, Vivien Sheriff, the iconic British milliner, and Elena Marinoni, trend forecaster and director of education at Instituto Marangoni Dubai.
With excitement building up, the prizewinners who triumph in the fashion competition will win an array of exclusive prizes, such as luxury shopping vouchers from Emaar and Emirates Skyward Miles, exquisite designs from Vivien Millinery and Serapian Milano, and sought-after beauty products from Clarins and Electimuss London.
