Embark on a Culinary Adventure At Amelia Lounge

Instagram @amelia.dubai

Venturing from Beirut to Dubai, experience Amelia’s extraordinary journey filled with mystery, adventure and discovery. Embark on a culinary adventure that serves a mixture of diverse and flamboyant flavours.  Amelia Lounge is divided into three distinct areas: a bar area that greets you as soon as you walk in, featuring a rotating propeller-like structure behind the mixologists; a dining area situated on a mezzanine floor, where the DJ oversees events from behind an organ-shaped booth; and a second, more private dining area situated on the upper level. To start your evening, order the guacamole, which is prepared right in front of you and pair it with sugar-coated plantain chips. For those who want seafood, try the tiradito or ceviche, which has salmon, seabass and yellowfin tuna as options. And go for caviar or oysters if you’re feeling very elegant.
