The Kite Beach branch of Common Grounds is now open. A collaboration between Dubai-based artist Fink 22 and EatX, the newest eatery is situated on Nessnass Beach. The menu includes signature french toast, avocado toast, acai bowls, classic wraps and bowls —all Common Grounds staples from healthy to hearty. Common Grounds provides a range of coffee blends from Encounter Coffee Roasters, located in Dubai, for those seeking an extra caffeine hit. The Nessnass Yuzu and Shake are only available at the Kite Beach location. Fink 22, the Dubai-based street artist has lent his artistic touch to the Common Grounds café.
