The most visited place in the world is about to get bigger and even better this Ramadan season.

While the Dubai Mall is already a haven for fashion, luxury experiences and the best dining in the city, this Ramadan you can expect an even more significant addition to its list.

Mohammed Alabbar, the CEO and Managing Director of Dubai Mall’s parent company, Emaar, announced the exciting news on Instagram and X (formerly Twitter).

Sharing the development, he stated, “A brand-new section at Dubai Mall is set to open at the beginning of Ramadan. [The section will] feature 65 incredible exclusive brands and F&B.”

The new dedicated area will be situated by Level Shoes, the Dubai Ice Rink and the Dubai Aquarium.

This expansion is part of a larger Dhs1.5 billion project, building on last year’s plans to add 240 new luxury retail stores and dining options.

Alabbar emphasised the significance of the new development: “The new Dubai Mall expansion is a great addition to one of the most visited sites in the world.”

He also highlighted the importance of this project in line with Dubai’s broader goals, stating, “This expansion reflects Dubai’s ambitious vision to remain at the forefront of global innovation and culture, further solidifying our city’s position as a top global destination.”

While the development had already begun last year, this Ramadan the expansion will provide ample space for UAE residents and tourists to shop, dine, and explore during the month of giving, adding even more energy to the already vibrant destination.
