Urban Experiences
In alignment with the visionary leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the Jebel Ali Beach Development Project is poised to be an immense urban landscape destination.
According to the Dubai Media Office, this initiative will play a pivotal role in an ambitious master plan to redefine public beaches across the UAE. Imagine, a staggering 400 per cent increase in beach length, new public areas, upgraded facilities, and premier recreational and sports amenities.
Upon completion, Dubai’s longest beach will stretch 6.6km, featuring a dedicated 2.5km diving area, a picturesque walkway, and extensive recreational zones covering 330 hectares.
Picturing a leisure time spent in bliss, the beach will feature three prime locations.
The Pearl

Nestled alongside Palm Jebel Ali, The Pearl will be the heart of beachside fun and recreation. Picture a vibrant family-friendly atmosphere with sports activities, a swimming pool, and an array of delightful dining options including a floating restaurant, charming cafes, and more to be revealed.
The Sanctuary

With a strong commitment to preserving the ecosystem, the beach will serve as a haven for safeguarding turtles, balancing environmental conservation with recreational pursuits.
The Nest

But that’s not all. Beyond its expansive beachfront, a third location awaits: a lush mangrove setting that not only offers scenic views but also hosts educational initiatives, blending natural beauty with learning opportunities.
