Dubai Bling season two kicked off with the highly anticipated wedding of cast member Ebraheem Al Samadi to Hamda Al Hamly.
While the wedding was showcased on our screens on the hit Netflix series, Ebraheem’s wife has chosen to stay out of the spotlight, not revealing her face on camera. Similarly, Ebraheem himself has kept much of his personal life under wraps, focussing on his relations with fellow Dubai Bling co-stars on the show, as well as his business ventures.
However, the 35-year-old did recently give a small insight into his private life in a recent podcast interview with Hikmet Wehbi, revealing that he has been married twice before his nuptials to Hamda.
The interview started off with Ebraheem expressing his deep admiration for the Dubai Bling cast and crew, professing his love for their passion towards the show. He stated that he is quite protective of both the talented cast involved and the overall success of the production. “If you talk badly about Dubai Bling, it’s like you’re talking badly of me. The entire cast is like my family now…I gave so many parts of my life that other people wouldn’t give,” he said.
As the conversation unfolded, the discussion dived into matters of negative comments, exploring whether or not they affect him and how he navigates the challenges that come with being in the public eye and being subjected to scrutiny. He even reveals the extravagant honeymoon he had planned for his, whilst still leaving out on the specifics. He expressed, “It’s something so Ebraheem, something very thoughtful.”

Yet, one thing that stood out in the interview was when he revealed that he had been previously married twice before. The Dubai-based entrepreneur explains he was first married when he was just 17 years old to someone two years older than him. Due to his family’s conservative values, he was urged to marry young when his family found him holding hands with a girl in a mall. Ebraheem recalls his father’s words as he was called into his office regarding the revelation his father made. “He said, that’s not right. He can’t accept other girls to be treated unlike how he wants his daughters to be treated…He said that if I loved her and wanted her I had to marry her.” After seeking the blessings of his father and stepmother, the pair tied the knot in Morocco.
He also disclosed that they separated soon after their return to the States, “We fought over the silliest thing possible…At that time, I was stubborn. Through life, I learnt that life is about give and take and we have to waiver sometimes.” He briefly mentioned his second wedding taking place when he was 26 in 2016.
