Cara Delevingne is having an interesting month. Just one week after confusing everyone at the 2022 Billboard Music Awards by following Megan Thee Stallion everywhere she went (and more), she’s made her way to the 75th annual Cannes Film Festival and gifted us with a memorable red carpet appearance.

Attending the premiere of French film The Innocent (L’Innocent), along with Diane Kruger and Maggie Gyllenhaal, Delevingne reminded us why she’s always one to watch on the red carpet.

While her black cutout dress is one to remember, it’s her lace gloves that stole the show. There’s no denying that gloves are having a moment, with Kourney Kardashian recently wearing a white lace pair to marry Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker in Italy, but at Cannes, on the red carpet, they make more of a statement than ever.

Delevingne was photographed alongside Balmain Creative Director Olivier Rousteing at the premiere, who was dressed in an all-white suit with some seriously platformed shoes. And may we say, Delevingne and Balmain sure make quite the match.
