Just a few months after teasing the launch of her upcoming haircare line, Beyoncé has sent the beauty world into a frenzy (again) by teasing us with the launch of a new Beyoncé perfume. But wait, she already has a few fragrances under her belt, we hear you cry? Well, unlike the mass-produced scents she created with Coty (the last being Heat, which she launched over 13 years ago), this one has apparently been “crafted and designed” by Queen Bey herself.
Although the details have been kept tightly under wraps, her website has revealed a few (albeit rather cryptic) details. Looks like the new eau de parfum will be called ‘Act 1 Renaissance’, it was made in France and contains notes of clementine, golden honey, rose absolute, jasmine sambac, Namibian myrrh and golden amber. And, in true Beyoncé style, the bottle appears to be made of chunky black and silver metal to perfectly complement her iconic silver stage outfits. You’ll even get a surprise gift with your purchase too. Which is something given that this fragrance doesn’t come cheap compared to her previous olfactory creations, with a price tag of $160 USD (AED587).
There are no options to pre-order it (there was apparently a wait list but looks like that’s closed), but the scent will drop this November. The only problem? It’s only available to buy in the US and Canada, so get ready to get your Shop & Ship sorted.
