As we step into the New Year, it’s a natural moment to reflect on 2025, look ahead to 2026, and turn our focus inward.

With wellbeing and health being top of mind for any 2026 reset, GRAZIA rounds up 11 of Dubai’s best wellness centres to help you start the year feeling rebalanced and renewed.

Wellness that sits between the black and white, it sits in the Gray. A place where the all-or-nothing mindset is thrown out the window, and instead, everyday sustainable wellness is the goal. This private members-only club is located at the Kempinski at Mall of the Emirates and offers movement, recovery, relaxation, nourishment, and community. Although their philosophy lives in the Gray, the space doesn’t: powered by state-of-the-art Technogym equipment and walls covered in natural sandstone texture, spirit and luxury live in the space.
