In early September a 23-year-old man was arrested outside the Hollywood Hills residence of Ariana Grande wielding a knife. Now in court documents obtained by Page Sixthe pop star says she fears for her life.

“The fact that Mr. Brown has been regularly coming to my home for over six months terrifies me,” Grande told the Los Angeles Superior Court of the suspect.

“Based on his threats, I am fearful for my safety and for the safety of my family,” she continued. “I fear that absent a restraining order, Mr. Brown will continue to come to my home and attempt to physically harm or murder me or members of my family.”

According to reports the perpetrator, Aharon Brown, had been visiting Grande’s home since February and while his visits were at times random, his appearance increased in frequency over the past two to three weeks and was seen even several times a day.

On the afternoon of September 9, Brown arrived at the house and was met by the singer’s private security. He left before returning later in the evening – about 10pm – allegedly carrying a large knife and became “combative when asked to leave.” He reportedly shouted, “I’ll f–king kill you and her”.

LAPD detective Peter Doomanis told the court that the stalker is “a high level of danger” to Grande.

TMZ reports that Grande was granted a temporary restraining order and the suspect remains in custody. A hearing will be held on October 5.

Taylor Swift has been the subject of a dangerous stalking incident in the past while in March, Kendall Jenner’s home was trespassed. A 24-year-old man allegedly knocked on the windows and called out Jenner’s name before stripping and attempted to enter the pool. A restraining order was filed against him.
