Al Pacino, the legendary Hollywood actor at the age of 83, is celebrating the arrival of his fourth child with his girlfriend Noor Alfallah, 29. According to multiple sources, the couple named their newborn son Roman Pacino. Just recently, Noor was spotted walking around Los Angeles with just a hint of a baby bump, despite being eight months pregnant, adding proof to the fact that she has given birth.
The news of the couple’s pregnancy was first confirmed by Pacino’s representative to ET, following an initial report by TMZ just last month. This child will be Pacino’s fourth, adding to his family legacy.

Noor Alfallah, who grew up in Beverly Hills neighborhood in Los Angeles, has a background in the film industry. She pursued her passion at the UCLA School of Film and Television, where she honed her skills before venturing into film production. Reports indicate that Noor Alfallah grew up in a multicultural household. She is the eldest of four siblings and was raised by her Kuwaiti father, Falah, and her American mother, Alana.
Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah’s romance began in April 2022, and their relationship has flourished ever since. Before being with Pacino, Alfallah was involved with Mick Jagger, the iconic frontman of the Rolling Stones, as well as billionaire philanthropist Nicolas Berggruen in 2018. At the time of her relationship with Mick Jagger, he was 74 years old, while Noor was only 22. Despite the age difference, Noor previously expressed her indifference towards people’s opinions on their relationship in a previous interview.
Al Pacino already has three adult children from previous relationships. His 33-year-old daughter, Julie Pacino, is from his relationship with Jan Tarrant. Additionally, he has 22-year-old twins named Olivia and Anton Pacino, born during his time with Beverly D’Angelo.
