While F1 driver Max Verstappen may have already secured the top spot even before the final race in the UAE capital, that doesn’t mean it’s not going to be any less of an entertaining weekend.

The grand finale of the Formula One 2023 season will take place in Abu Dhabi from November 24 to 26 at the Yes Marina Circuit. With a fully packed race schedule, the practices, qualifiers and final race will take place over three days.
Friday, November 24
- 10:30: Gates Open (TBC)
- 09:45-10:30: FIA Formula 4 UAE – practice
- 11:05-11:50: Formula 2 – practice
- 12:45-13:00: Bonhams’ Auction – Historic Car Demonstration

Saturday, November 25

- 12:15-12:50: FIA Formula 4 UAE – Race 1 (28 minutes + 1 Lap)
- 13:30-13:45: Bonhams’ Auction – Historic Car Demonstration
- 14:30-15:30: Formula 1 Practice 3
- 16:20-17:10: Formula 2 – Sprint Race (23 Laps or 45 minutes + 1 Lap)
- 18:00-19:00: Formula 1 Qualifying
Sunday, November 26
- 10:30: Gates Open (TBC)
- 11:40-12:15: FIA Formula 4 UAE – Race 2 (28 minutes + 1 Lap)
- 13:15-14:20: Formula 2 – Feature Race (33 Laps or 60 minutes + 1 Lap)
- 14:50-15:20: Formula 1 Drivers’ Parade
- 17:00-19:00: Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2023 (58 Laps or 2 hours)
The foodie spots
There’s always a plethora of foodie spots to visit near the big race, but in the midst of the action this year is some of the best restaurants in the UAE. Roka – which is based in Business Bay in Dubai – is taking over Club 58 at the Yas Marina Circuit. Sushi anyone? Meanwhile, at the West Grandstand, the homegrown concept by restaurateur Joey Ghazal, The Maine Oyster Bar & Grill, will be serving up some of its most beloved dishes trackside.
