Creatives from the UAE are continuing to be platformed on the global fashion stage.
Stepping out during Paris Fashion Week, UAE high jewellery house Majesta was spotted on not one, but two fashion powerhouses – Rihanna and Anok Yai.
The two icons recently stepped out wearing pieces from Majesta’s Kali collection, bringing the maison’s exquisite craftsmanship and distinctive aesthetic to the global fashion stage. From Rihanna’s effortless statement-making style to Anok Yai’s striking take on the collection, their latest jewellery moments prove that the UAE is carving out its own place in the world of high jewellery — and our favourite celebs know it too.

As of late, the world-renowned icon was seen attending her beau and world-famous rapper A$AP Rocky’s AWGE show at Paris Fashion Week, adorned in high jewellery from the UAE-based jewellery house. The Grammy-winning star, 38, was seen wearing the high jewellery house’s signature ring from its Kali collection.
The statement piece was framed by two pear-shaped natural diamonds, held in a poetic sculpture in Majesta’s signature setting as part of the Kali collection, crafted exclusively in 18-karat gold, natural diamonds, and natural gemstones. The piece is inspired by the form of a feline claw, a fitting reprise considering the celebrity’s fierce persona, with fluid lines curving around the diamond, as though delicately holding it in its grasp.

Amidst its growing international presence, Majesta was also spotted on supermodel Anok Yai during Paris Fashion Week SS27. The icon was seen sporting a choker and ear cuffs from the Kali collection, pairing the two pieces to create a bold, striking look. Set against the star’s all-black ensemble, the jewellery stood out with its radiant composition of sparkling diamonds.
The Egyptian-born Sudanese model, 28, echoed the jewellery set’s silver hues through her dramatic makeup, creating a seamless interplay between beauty and high jewellery. Together, the pieces elevate her look with an air of opulence and ethereal elegance, allowing the intricate diamond detailing to take centre stage.
Meaning “fierce” or “intense” in Swahili, the Kali collection feels fitting for both Rihanna and Anok Yai, mirroring their unapologetic personas and proving that jewellery is not simply an adornment, but an expression of what lies within.

This is not the first time the icons have been spotted wearing UAE jewellery. In 2024, Rihanna was seen sporting jewellery from Emirati jewellery brand Ailes at the British Fashion Awards and during a trip to New York. Similarly, Anok Yai was spotted wearing a customised belly chain from the same maison in Paris, further cementing the growing presence of UAE jewellery on the global fashion stage – and hinting that home-grown maisons could be becoming a signature staple in the wardrobes of our favourite celebrities.
Majesta was founded by sisters Zahraa and Maahira Mansoor, who reflect their upbringing in the Kingdom of Eswatini within the jewellery house. Abstracting references from the landscapes, wildlife and untamed beauty of Africa, they turn them into refined codes of contemporary language.
