Lighthouse Arabia
Lighthouse Arabia is one of the most prominent mental health clinics in Dubai. It is currently offering free virtual group public sessions on heightened stress or coping with situations of uncertainty. Medico Arabia Mental Health Helpline
The Medico Arabia Mental Health is for those who are affected by the psychological toll of conflict, be it individuals or families. Prompt and private assistance is given via the hotline for those experiencing panic attacks, anxiety, PTSD and intense emotional distress. Support is available from mental health professionals in a variety of different languages.

Sakina (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi)
Known as Sakina, which is run in collaboration with the Department of Health in Abu Dhabi, is a round-the-clock mental health hotline where individuals can speak privately with trained professionals. The hotline’s services include general mental health care, emergency support, and advice for both individuals and families.

This is a free mental health support hotline run by the UAE government to help with psychological and emotional support, connecting those in the Emirates with mental health professionals. There is support available across a range of languages, including Arabic, English, French and more.
