Throughout the seasons of the Netflix-acclaimed show Emily in Paris, fans have seen the fashion evolution of its titular main character, Emily Cooper, played by Lily Collins.
And it seems this time around, trading Paris for the quaint streets of Rome, she’s added a few standout pieces to her closet that deserve a spot on your radar.
With the series once again taking its well-deserved spot in the streaming platforms’ top 10 shows, there’s more than one reason why the fan-favourite show has returned on everyone’s binge list: the fashion.
This season, however, it’s not just about the bold pops of colour and finessed styling options that Emily has grown rather fond of. In a subtle yet significant nod to Middle Eastern designers, the iconic character was spotted wearing not one, but two Egyptian fashion brands throughout the fifth season – Mesh Mesh and designer jewellery brand Jude Benhalim.

In the final episode of the latest season, the American actress dazzled the streets of Venice wearing an unapologetic ensemble of reds.
From a sheer Marine Serre top layered with a matching mini dress, she completes the all-red outfit with a Mesh Mesh Alhambra Bag.
Elsewhere throughout the season, it seemed that Emily had grown a penchant for Jude Benhalim’s jewellery.
While trotting around Rome, she was spotted wearing a slew of the Egyptian designer’s signature pieces, particularly the Mini Harmonia earrings, the Gemino earrings, the Elara earrings, the Mini Gemino earrings, and matching rings in sterling silver and gold – surely a statement that was duly noted by fashion enthusiasts of the region.
