CLAP has teamed up with The Macallan to showcase the Crystal Solera System, a unique installation that gently ages cocktails using sunlight and Japanese-inspired elements. Exclusively at CLAP DIFC, it produces the signature Black Cod’ cocktail, blending The Macallan 12-Year-Old with miso, umeshu, and Sherry notes. The system turns whisky aging into a living, evolving process, creating layered, complex flavours. Guests can watch the process while sipping a carefully curated cocktail.
