It’s easy to take Dubai’s skyline for granted, until you realise how much of it carries OMNIYAT’s signature. The Lana’s sculpted calm, The Opus’s futuristic curve, that ultra-private glass haven on Palm Jumeirah – all of them, quietly rewriting what “luxury living” means in a city that already lives large.

This year, OMNIYAT turns twenty. Two decades of turning wild architectural ideas into actual landmark, of proving that real estate can be emotional, that design can have personality, and that a building can be just as recognisable as a designer bag.

Founded by Mahdi Amjad back in 2005, OMNIYAT started with a question few people were asking: what if architecture could make you feel something? Fast-forward to today and that belief still underpins everything from how light moves through a penthouse to how a façade catches its reflection at sunset.

Now, as the brand hits its milestone, Amjad calls it “a moment of reflection and renewal.” Translation: they’re nowhere near done. The next chapter includes Marasi Bay, a fully curated waterfront playground for those who like their wellness with a side of world-class design, and AVA at Palm Jumeirah, home to a sky palace that literally has a 360-degree infinity pool at its peak. Because if you’re going to dream, dream big.

In a city that builds fast and moves faster, OMNIYAT’s staying power comes down to taste – quiet, confident, and rooted in artistry. Twenty years in, it’s less about how high they can go, and more about how beautifully.
