Then moving on to the Starter & Salad Station, where creamy burrata, Caprese salad with buffalo mozzarella, and rocket salad are tossed right inside a wheel of Parmesan.
At the Pizza Station, it’s baked to perfection and served fresh out of the oven. From classic Margherita to bold flavours of the spicy Diavola, every slice is bursting with flavour. No Italian afternoon would be complete without pasta, and at Tutto Passa, the live Pasta & Risotto Station features the classics such as Ravioli Ricotta e Spinaci and Porcini Risotto.
For somthing a little more substantial, head to the Carving Station, which features slow-roasted Lamb Shoulder, Angus T-Bone, and Salt-crusted Salmon with lemon butter sauce, all carved and plated to perfection.
Dessert is a love letter to Italy’s sweetest traditions, with favourites like Tiramisu, Sicilian Cheesecake, and Bombolini all on offer. It’s the ending that invites another espresso or perhaps even another glass of Prosecco—the perfect way to end a long, lazy afternoon.
