In a city where luxury is the norm, Wheely takes luxury travel to new heights. The ultra-premium chauffeur service with a great following in London and Paris and now within the Middle East, has not only changed how we think of transportation, but what it means to arrive.
Let’s be honest, we’ve all been there. Luggage in hand, frantically roaming around Arrivals looking for a driver, trying to dodge the chaos of the pick-up zone. When we heard about Wheely’s Perfect Airport Pickup, we were intrigued, but sceptical. Another “luxury” ride service? We weren’t expecting it to actually change the way we think about getting around the city.
But then we used it. And let’s just say: we’re never going back.

From the moment we opened the app, Wheely felt different. It’s clean, intuitive, and surprisingly calming to use. There’s no clutter, just clear options, precise timings, and the kind of polish you don’t usually associate with ride apps. We scheduled our ride in advance (though you can book on demand too), entered our flight number, and that was it. No back-and-forth texts, no “where are you?” calls, just smooth automation and a promise to meet us when we landed.
True to form, our chauffeur was already at the arrivals hall with our name on a placard, immaculately dressed, and actually smiling. There was no rush. Wheely gives you a complimentary hour of waiting time, so we grabbed a coffee, collected our bags, and strolled out without the usual airport stress.
Now the car. This is where Wheely really separates itself. We rode in a sleek black BMW, chilled water waiting, leather seats, and silence. No loud music. No chatty driver creating small talk. Just peace. We pulled out laptops, answered a few emails, and even took a confidential call (yes, the chauffeurs are under NDA). The whole thing felt less like a ride and more like a moving office suite.

And it’s not just for the airport. Over the next few days, we used Wheely around Dubai for meetings, events, and even a dinner downtown. Each time, the experience was identical: on time, perfectly polished, and totally discreet. No small talk, no surprises. Just consistency.
What we also loved? You can track your chauffeur’s location in real time, change your destination mid-ride, or request specific options like child seats and extra luggage space in just a tap. And for families or groups, the XL class (like the Mercedes V-Class) fits six people and a whole wardrobe’s worth of suitcases.
We didn’t get to try the Luxe tier reserved for Wheely members only, but word is it includes rides in a Mercedes-Maybach and a “Chauffeur for a Day” service. We’re tempted.
Wheely understands that time, peace, and privacy are real luxuries. It’s not about flashy cars or over-the-top service; it’s about showing up without stress, every single time. For anyone who travels frequently, has a packed schedule, or just likes things done right, this is a game-changer. Regular ride apps feel like chaos now. Wheely feels like control.
