ITP Media Group has just announced a new long-term partnership with Dubai Cares, and while the news is official, the relationship between the two has been growing for years. Now formalised, the five-year collaboration brings together one of the region’s largest media networks with a global philanthropic organisation that has become synonymous with education, humanitarian relief, and community support.
So what does this mean in practice? ITP Media Group will support Dubai Cares through annual financial contributions, advertising space across its digital and print platforms, and PR services to boost awareness and fundraising. The goal: to bring more visibility and support to Dubai Cares’ campaigns, both regionally and globally.
In the first year, the focus will be on the “Emergency Response to Gaza” campaign, which provides critical aid—including hot meals, food baskets and shelter—to families affected by the ongoing crisis.
Ali Akawi, CEO of ITP Media Group, said the partnership reflects a shared mission. “We believe in education, empowerment, and collaboration,” he said. “This is about using our platforms to help make a real impact.”
Dubai Cares’ CEO, His Excellency Dr. Tariq Al Gurg, echoed that sentiment, highlighting the importance of media in raising awareness and building community support. “With ITP’s influence, we know we can expand the reach of our message and bring more people into the fold,” he said.
Dubai Cares has been behind some of the UAE’s most impactful campaigns – Gaza in Our Hearts, UAE Stands with Lebanon, and Taste of Giving, to name a few. Since it launched, the organisation has supported more than 24 million people in over 60 countries.
As for ITP, its portfolio includes a broad mix of media titles, ranging from Harper’s Bazaar Arabia and GRAZIA Middle East to Time Out Dubai, Arabian Business, and even Spartan Race Middle East, all of which will be used to champion Dubai Cares’ work and encourage public participation.
