Here, from 8pm to 11pm, guests can revel in the unapologetic tang of Japanese flavours and the soulful piquancy of French cuisine, all plated to perfection.
A place to indulge in a slew of unfiltered plates, where the language of flavours does all the talking with culinary delights from both La Cantine Beach and Gohan Bluewaters, the set menu offers layers of sensory tastes for all. From the Wagyu Slider to the playful yet refined savoury Mediterranean Grilled Prawns with chilli garlic and tomoato, each bite is surely more intriguing than the last.
With a curated menu of dishes and an expert mixologist offering a fine selection of cocktails and spirits that complement the experience, the Paris Meets Tokyo brunch menu surely doesn’t stop at just the plate.
