Bella Hadid has never been one to step down or shy away from standing in solidarity with Palestine. Even while she’s in Paris filming an up-and-coming project, she never fails to raise her voice for the people of Palestine.
The Palestinian-Dutch model is currently in the French capital filming for Ryan Murphy’s The Beauty and has been preparing for bigger star-studded roles. But amidst her busy schedule in Paris, she fervently showed her support for Palestine.
Bella was recently spotted surrounded by fans and fellow Palestinians who were chanting “Free Palestine,” a moment that quickly went viral.
In the TikTok clip, the Orebella founder was given a Palestinian flag, and with much passion, she waved it proudly, showing her dedication to Gaza.
The two fans she was conversing with were fellow Palestinians, and they were seen having a heartfelt moment with the model.
“It’s part of culture; thank you for giving the flag–I would give my shirt!” she humorously said in TikTok while sharing examples of how her father, Mohamed Hadid, raised her to give gifts.
While talking with the fans, she continued speaking her truth: “The only thing we ever want in life is positivity and peace, for children to be safe and happy, and for them to live the lives they want. And also making sure that mothers and fathers are able to keep their families safe.”
“We are people on Earth, standing two feet on the ground, and we are obviously, for the rest of our lives, will strive for peace,” she added. “That’s all that matters. And this flag that you gave to me, you gave me strength.”
“I’m going to continue to fight,” she declared.
