Almost two years after their royal wedding, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Hussein and Her Royal Highness Princess Rajwa seem to have reunited with long-time friends Prince Abdul Mateen and Princess Anisha Roshnah of Brunei.
The reunion took place during Crown Prince Hussein’s private diplomatic visit to the United Kingdom, where Prince William welcomed the Jordanian royal to Windsor Palace.
The visit also quickly became heartwarming when Prince Hussein was reunited with his close friend and fellow royal, Prince Mateen.
The royals’ get-together was confirmed when both Prince Hussein and Prince Mateen posted about the occasion on their respective Instagram pages.
“With our dear friends Prince Abdul Mateen and Princess Anisha Rosnah of Brunei,” said Prince Hussein to his 5.1 million followers. Shortly after, the Brunei Prince followed, posting a similar caption. “Wonderful seeing our dear friends, Crown Prince Al Hussein and Princess Rajwa.”
Clad in classic royal fashion, the couples shared their mutual happiness in reconnecting, much to the delight of fans and followers, as the royals are posed in one frame.
Prince Mateen Attends The Jordanian Royal Wedding
The two princes have been friends for a long time, always showing support for each other in their daily duties, more so in new chapters of their royal lives.
Even before the recent reunion in the United Kingdom, Prince Mateen, alongside his father, His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah, attended Crown Prince Hussein and Princess Rajwa’s marriage ceremony, better known as the katb ktab on June 1, 2023.
So much so the Brunei royal even took to Instagram to share his congratulations and wishes to the wedded couple announcing their friendship, saying, “A huge congratulations to my friend Crown Prince Hussein and Princess Rajwa. I wish you both a lifetime of love and happiness.”
