To elevate its culinary experiences, JOALI BEING recently launched Yutori, an innovative Japanese restaurant conceptualised by Michelin-starred Chef Hidemasa Yamamoto.

Conceptualised by Michelin-acclaimed Chef Hidemasa Yamamoto, Yutori’s innovative menu introduces flavours of tranquillity. Just as JOALI BEING’s previous concepts have embodied the “earth to table” mantra, Yutori is no different bringing the “ocean to table” concept to life ensuring only the freshest and best ingredients are utilised amongst all dishes, whilst also supporting small farms and championing sustainable gastronomy.
Each dish, crafted from exceptional land and sea ingredients, showcases a balance of craftsmanship and creativity. At Yutori, you’ll discover classic Japanese dishes including sashimi, nigiri and gunkan, as well as Aburi Wagyu Beef with fermented vegetables, kabocha and chilli sauce and Maldivian Yellowfin Tuna Sashimi Salad. Guests can also indulge in Yutori’s Robata selection which features a delectable Maldivian Lobster with fennel slaw, mango chilli sauce and yuzu miso and Charcoal Grilled Black Cod with saikyo miso, truffle cabbage and hajikami. Alongside its exquisite food offerings, Yutori features a diverse beverage selection, including a range of Blissful Blends and a collection of sakes.
