Avid watchers and fashion fans of the show, Emily In Paris, may have missed a quick cameo by this Dubai-based fashion house.
While season four is far from over, we’ve already picked our favourite outfit ensemble from the show. And it’s none other than Dima Ayad’s phenomenal design.
Though it wasn’t worn by Lily Collins’ iconic character Emily or her equally stylish best friend Mindy Chen, portrayed by Ashley Park, the spotlight landed on a lesser-known character. Bruno Gouery’s Luc might not be the fashion focal point of the show, but his girlfriend Marianne, played by Laurence Gormezano, certainly brought the glamour.
In a quick scene, the French Actress, known for her roles in La Vie En Rose and The Transporter, dazzles in a floor-length black kaftan adorned with gem details from the Marina Rinaldi capsule collection by Dima Ayad. It’s the same exquisite piece the designer herself donned at Dubai Fashion Week (DFW), making it a fitting choice for the series as DFW is soon to start in a few days time.
Sharing her excitement with the world, Dima took to Instagram, and posted a story on her personal account where she gleefully captioned, “Watching @emilyinparis last night and spotted the @dimayad x @marinarinaldi gown.”
Dima Ayad to Present SS25 collection at Dubai Fashion Week
This isn’t the last we’ll see of Dima Ayad.
Set to take the stage on September 3rd of Dubai Fashion Week, the designer will unveil her latest Spring/Summer 2025 collection at Dubai Design District at 11am.
After a series of successful shows in recent seasons, Dima Ayad continues to prove her prowess, pushing the boundaries of her house codes on the runway.
Known for her signature metallics and ultra-feminine designs, attendees can expect nothing less than a display of limitless creativity and timeless elegance.
