The GCC’s continued growth in the fashion and creative industry is evident. Constantly being picked up by the world’s A-listers, its upward trajectory has become a solidified fact.
Cementing that success most recently is the Qatarti-owned owned brand Noudar Jewels. Already worn by many of Hollywood’s it-girls, from Kendall Jenner to Taylor Swift, its most recent stamp of approval has come from none other than beauty entrepreneur and musical mogul Rihanna.
Decked out in the Qatari brand’s intricate gold pieces, the beauty mogul poses for Fenty Beauty’s newest launch with the Noudar Jewels Henna Rings collection. Introducing the billion-dollar brand’s newest lip gloss line, Rihanna flaunts the bold burgundy colourway with the help of the glistening gold rings.
Wearing a fuzzy red piece, that stretches into a hood, Noudar Jewels rings appear to sit below a veil of fiery red faux fur. Creating the perfect backdrop for the gold jewels, the deep Bordeaux gloss complements the glistening elaborate crystals seamlessly.
Who is Noor Al Fardan, the Founder of Noudar Jewels?
Founding the brand in 2012, Noor Ali Hussain Alfardan has fostered her passion for jewellery design since childhood. Inspired by the intricacies and beauty of the Arab world’s many jewelled traditions, she coined the name for the label, Noudar, derived from the Arabic word for gold.

Creating a multitude of collections since each line the Qatari designer offers holds a story of duality and heritage. From intertwining Islamic motifs into bejewelled face coverings to pulling on traditional Omani patterns to create intricately mesmerising multi-layered chokers. Each piece, collection and drop unveils a new facet to Noor’s values, heritage and vision.
A creative take that’s been indulged in by many, Rihanna may be the latest to sport Noudar Jewels, but the Qatari label’s pieces have been seen amongst star-studded spaces for some years now. From the Oscars in 2017 to the Golden Globes the same year, the brand has seen immaculate love and popularity for some time now.
