You gotta take the dog for a walk. If it’s first thing in the morning, you might roll out of bed and throw some runners and leggings on (or maybe a long coat over PJs in winter, no judgement here).

If you’re Emily Ratajkowski, however, and your every waking moment is likely to be papped, well, you, step things up a notch or few. We’ve talked about this before, but this neverending fashion story is one worth returning to.

Snapped walking her beloved pooch Colombo in New York on Monday, Ratajkowski was a vision in a white sleeveless tank, what looks like vintage Levi’s 501s, a chic brown croc-print leather belt, and the pièce de résistance — knee-high suede mustard boots from rag & bone.

She finished off the look with a black leather handbag, small cats-eye black sunnies, gold hoops and her dark hair worn loose and flowing.

The supermodel, unsurprisingly, knows how to rock her famous curves, and this cinched waist and boots-over-pants combo is one that’s been working for her lately (though we’re not sure it’s possible for Ratajkowski to look bad). We love that she doesn’t hire a dog walker to look after Colombo (she’s even got a poop bag container attached to his leash!) and we also love that she always manages to turn the mundane chore into a fashion event.

Whether she’s baring allll of that insane midriff in a wide-leg beige pant and jacket ensemble, or revealing a peep of underboob in a cropped red sweater and belted skirt, she never looks anything less than catwalk-ready. Poor Colombo doesn’t stand a chance of getting noticed.
