Nine months after Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen shocked the world by announcing their separation, the former NFL quarterback has seemingly made a successful touchdown in post-divorce dating.
Indeed, the 45-year-old retired New England Patriots captain was pictured dropping Russian supermodel Irina Shayk home in Los Angeles over the weekend, with reports claiming Brady was driving Shayk back to Hotel Bel-Air after an alleged adult sleepover.
As per Page Six, Brady picked up the 37-year-old model at the Hillside luxury hotel on Friday afternoon before driving her to his Los Angeles estate. Eyewitnesses told the tabloid that Brady and Shayk didn’t leave the athlete’s residence until after 9:30AM Saturday morning.
Paparazzi images have shed some further intel about the nature of their alleged overnight tryst, with their romantic rendezvous seemingly continuing in the front seat of his black Rolls Royce.
In one video, the duo (apparently unaware they were being filmed) were spotted getting quite intimate, with Brady caressing Shayk’s face while stopped at a red light.
Photos have since emerged in the hours after the initial reports, with Shayk cutting a casual figure by re-wearing the athleisure-adjacent ensemble on both Friday night and Saturday morning. Fitting for her supposed “date” with the football maverick, Shayk donned a white nylon tennis dress and black Adidas sambas.
It’s reported that Shayk and Brady met at a recent wedding in Costa Smeralda, Sardinia. At the time, claims were made that Shayk was “throwing herself” at Brady, though the supermodel’s representatives denied the statement.
This sighting marks the first time Brady has publicly been spotted dipping his toes back into the world of dating since his divorce from the Brazilian supermodel.
According to an anonymous source, TMZ has published intel allegedly from Bündchen’s camp explaining that she is “not happy at all” about the rumoured romance, especially considering the news is materialising days after her 43rd birthday.
A conflicting statement has also been released, with another source rebuking this claim by stating Bündchen has neutral feelings towards the relationship.
“Why wouldn’t she be happy for Tom?” the source claimed. “She divorced him. It is helpful to her freedom that he moved on.”
Neither Shayk nor Brady have reacted to the reports but with claims coming out alleging the pair spent the entire weekend together, perhaps this West Coast fling will become a common occurrence.
