Rihanna’s maternity looks for her second pregnancy thus far have been extreme in the most Rihanna of ways: a red Loewe and Alaïa moment at the Super Bowl, custom-made green Bottega Veneta at the Oscars (and Alaïa for the red carpet, Maison Margiela for her performance, and a sparkly after-party crop and skirt combo for the after-parties).
But proving her off-duty maternity style also slaps, the singer and beauty mogul was spotted out in Los Angeles with her beau A$AP Rocky yesterday for lunch wearing a long-sleeve Loewe striped shirt, tucked up as a crop top to show off her baby bump, of course, and low-rise baggy jeans.
Pairing the look with Timberland boots and styling her hair in a low-key high curly ponytail, Rihanna added a pair of black sunglasses, gold earrings, a gold necklace, and a Louis Vuitton clutch bag to leave Bottega Louie, an Italian restaurant in West Hollywood.
If the sweater Rihanna’s wearing looks familiar, it’s likely because Hailey Bieber wore the exact same one just a few days ago, also hanging out with her husband in L.A., Justin Bieber.
In the same way Rihanna did, Bieber also paired her striped blue top with a pair of baggy blue jeans, but dressed her look up a bit by adding an oversized leather jacket, pointy black boots, and a Miu Miu bag, wearing black sunglasses and gold earrings.
Just two beauty founders with their musician beaus wearing Loewe, nothing to see here (other than very good style).
