Ask any stylist worth her designer discount what the coolest coat colour is for winter and they’d likely say the same thing: blush pink.
Maybe that’s why Naomi Watts chose that hue for this limited edition coat she helped design, or perhaps the Oscar nominee just has a soft spot for pale roses. Either way, the special Naomi Watts piece she’s created with Sportscraft is one long-length cover-up we’re hankering to own this season.

Setting aside the fact it’s insanely beautiful – that huge lapel, that super soft 100% Australian Merino Wool, that sweet colour – the blush coat is very special for two reasons:
1. There are only 50 of them. Numbered, like delicious pieces of collectable artwork.
2. Every cent raised from their online auction goes to Barnados. The child protection charity, which supports adoption and children in foster care is the beneficiary of both Sportscraft and Watts support.
Twenty-five were silent auctioned at a VIP mothers day lunch at the Sydney Opera House last week (one still happy-shocked GRAZIA staff member even took #4 home) but there are still 25 being silent auctioned off to the public right now, right here.
Again, 100 per cent of money raised will be handed to Barnados, a “charity that helps with adoption and foster care, so it’s a fantastic cause,” says Watts. (Its retail value is $799, but you can’t buy them in-store.) The online auction ends at midnight on Friday, May 13. We say, why not bid on one as a Mother’s Day present? Then you can just borrow it back when you win.
